Here are some tips on how to care for your jewellery: avoid contact with water, perfumes, lotions and detergents, store them in a box or pouch to avoid natural oxidation and scratches.
RETURNS, GUARANTEE AND REPAIR
For returns please contact via email at firstname.lastname@example.org as we analyse each case individually. There is a free 1 year guarantee that doesn’t include natural oxidation of silver, fading of the gold bath, as well as signs of misuse, loss or theft.

STOCK AND SHIPPING
We try to have a constant stock of each item but please keep in mind that the jewellery is handmade so production takes more time, rings may take more time to be shipped, as they need to be made in particular sizes. Orders are shipped within the same week of the order (2-7 days), in case of any delay on our behalf we will be in contact with you. All shipments, national and international, are made via CTT - Correios de Portugal, SA - under the registered mail form. The registered mail has an associated registration number and can be followed by the CTT website: www.cttexpresso.pt
